2008 Annual Meeting and Conference

Advanced Mediation Training: whether you serve as an advocate or a neutral this interactive program will provide information and practical skills that you can utilize immediately. In Friday’s segment we will explore the mysteries of neuroscience and brain function. And using knowledge of brain science we will develop strategies to promote positive change in mediation. In Saturday’s segment we will use brain science to explore a theoretical framework for understanding highly positional parties. And we will develop strategies to assess parties’ barriers to identifying interests in strongly held positions and techniques to assist positional parties toward interest-based negotiations.

Conference Fee: $75 (law students $37.50, sitting Judges no-charge)
