The Sixty Plus Clinic at WMU-Cooley Law School’s professors and law students worked hard this holiday season to provide gifts to those in need through the “Be a Santa to a Senior” program. The annual program works to provide financially challenged senior citizens with holiday gifts that are matched to their specific needs. This year, the event was a success and more than 25 individuals were provided with much needed holiday gifts.

Sixty Plus provides legal assistance to individuals who are over the age of 60 and who reside in Ingham, Eaton, or Clinton counties. While there are no income guidelines for the program, priority is given to those with the greatest social and economic need. The non-profit clinic has been a pillar of the community for over 30 years.
