      A. By-Laws Committee

      Amend Article III, Council and Officers, Section 1, to permit Council to include one or more law students as ex officio (non-voting) members (currently only allows for one law student).

      Amend Article V, Section 5, to permit voting members of the Section Council to participate in regular and special meetings via telephone conferencing or video conferencing in addition to physical presence (currently only allows for physical presence).
