Welcome to the home page of the Section of Antitrust, Franchising, and Trade Regulation of the State Bar of Michigan. This home page is produced and maintained by the Section's governing council with the assistance of other volunteers. We hope that you will visit often.

As it has in the past, our Section will conduct seminars, publish newsletters and the antitrust digest, and advise the State Bar on issues involving all aspects of antitrust, franchising, and trade regulation law. However, in order to provide the maximum benefit to our members and to the other attorneys of Michigan, we will focus our efforts this year on developing this website.

We intend to use the site to present news about Section and Council meetings; recent legislative developments; cases pending in Michigan; and articles on related subjects. We will emphasize cases and other developments that have not been covered extensively in the national reporting services.

You can ease our task and improve site. If you are aware of a pending case or proposed litigation that would be of interst to the Section's members, or if you have written an article, or if you have other suggestions or comments about our home page, please contact me or any other member of the council.
