    Corporate Leniency in an Era of Increased Antitrust Enforcement

    With increased antitrust enforcement, the Department of Justice's leniency program can be a game changer for any corporation or individual involved in an antitrust investigation. Since its advent in 1993, the leniency program has drastically changed the landscape or antitrust investigation for everyone involved. This panel of qualified speakers will discuss its impact and importance from the perspective of the DOJ, counsel for potential plaintiffs in a civil case, and from the defense side.

    Panelists:
    Kevin Culum, DOJ, Cleveland, OH;
    Jay Himes, Labatan Sucharow, New York, NY;
    Gordon Lang, Nixon Peabody, Washington, DC
