Meeting Minutes

The Annual Meeting of the Antitrust, Franchising and Trade Regulation Section of the State Bar of Michigan convened at 9:45 a.m. on September 20, 2000, at the Annual Meeting of the State Bar of Michigan, held at Cobo Hall in Detroit, Michigan.

Approval of Minutes
    The Minutes for the September 15, 1999 Annual Meeting were approved.
Election of New Council Members
    The following proposed officers and new council members were presented for the 2000-2001 year:

    Chairperson
    Mark T. Boonstra

    Vice-Chairperson
    Daniel R. Gravelyn

    Secretary
    James E. Deline

    Treasurer
    Rick Calisher

    New Council Members:
    Brian Masternak
    David Chardevoyne
    Craig Halseth

    The proposed slate of officers and new council members was approved.
Old Business
    None.
Gavel Presentation
    Mr. Iwrey presented the gavel to Mr. Boonstra as incoming chairperson for the year 2000-2001.
Adjournment
    The meeting was adjourned at 9:51 a.m.
