    Crowdfunding: The Next Frontier of Financing Start-Ups & the Legal Issues Associated With It
    The explosion of crowdfunding has allowed start-ups to fund everything from creative enterprises needing a small amount of capital to entertainment-based projects requiring millions of dollars. This panel will discuss legal issues related to crowdfunding including the use of websites such as Kickstarter and Indiegogo, peer-to-peer lending, and equity crowdfunding through the JOBS Act.
