1. Directorship Objective
The Nominating Director's function is to nominate persons for Section Council positions and Section Officer positions as terms expire and vacancies occur.
2. Current Status of Council and Officer Nominations and Elections
The Section Council contains 15 positions.
3. Accomplishments Toward Committee Objectives
All current council and officer positions are filled. After the May, 2005 council meeting, I will meet with the current officers to discuss nominations for council and officer positions to be made at the September, 2005 annual meeting.

The Section Council contains 15 positions. Vicki Martin-Anderson's resignation on April 25 from her Council position creates one vacancy. Her term expires in September 2004. If the Council fills the vacancy before the September annual meeting, the appointee serves until September 2003. At the September 2003 meeting, the Council may fill the vacancy for the remaining year of her term. The Council members whose terms expire in September 2003 are:
