Amendment of Rule 9.216 of the Michigan Court Rules
The amendment of MCR 9.216 imposes a 50-page limit for briefs filed
with the Judicial Tenure Commission. It reflects the page limit that the
Commission currently imposes for briefs filed in Judicial Tenure Commission
proceedings.
