HB 5238 Worker's compensation; disabilities; physical examination required after notice of injury; allow certified nurse practitioner to conduct the examination. Amends secs. 385 & 865 of 1969 PA 317 (MCL 418.385 & 418.865).

HB 5239 Occupations; health care professions; certified nurse practitioners to determine disability under Michigan employment security act; allow. Amends sec. 28a of 1936 (Ex Sess) PA 1 (MCL 421.28a).

HB 5250 State; employees and officers; financial disclosure report; require certain candidates for elective office and state officials to file. Creates new act.

HB 5256 Insurance; property and casualty; cancellation of malpractice insurance policy; provide parameters for. Amends sec. 3020 of 1956 PA 218 (MCL 500.3020).

SB 780 Campaign finance; statements and reports; expenditure of campaign donations; prohibit until donation is reported on the internet. Amends 1976 PA 388 (MCL 169.201 - 169.282) by adding sec. 40.
