Michigan Environmental Law Deskbook
The Deskbook was
published in 1992 as a two-volume set through a joint
project of the Environmental Law Section and ICLE. The Deskbook was
extensively supplemented through 1997, particularly to reflect the enactment
of the Natural Resources and Environmental Protection Act (NREPA). NREPA
recodified Michigan's environmental and natural resources statutes and
placed them under one chapter of the Michigan Compiled Laws (MCL 324.101
et seq.).
The Section is currently
working on a second edition of the Deskbook, with
publication planned for 2008.
