Rule
414. If a permittee of a well
demonstrates alternative methods that are in compliance with the requirements
of these rules, then the request for an exception to the provisions of
R 324.406 through R 324.413 and the rationale for the alternate
methods shall be included in the application for permission to drill or shall
be submitted in writing to the supervisor.
