Administrative Rules for
Rule 2354.
(1) Surface water shall not be used
for drilling fluid, except as provided in subrule (2) of this rule.
(2) A request to use surface water
for drilling a well may be made as part of the application for a permit to
drill. The supervisor of mineral wells may approve the use of surface water for
drilling a well.
