Administrative Rules for
Rule 2385.
If a well produces hydrocarbons following completion, the supervisor of mineral
wells may require 1 of the following:
(a) A demonstration that the
hydrocarbons have no commercial value.
(b) Plugging and abandonment of the
well.
(c) Application for a permit to
operate the well under part 615 of the act.
