Rule 2404.
(1) A permittee shall control cavity
shape during solution mining of bedded salt.
(2) A permittee who is solution
mining shall report annually, within 60 days after the end of the calendar
year, the amount of soluble mineral or rock removed and the volumes of fluids
injected into and removed from each cavity. The report shall be certified by
the permittee on forms prescribed by, or acceptable to, the supervisor of
mineral wells or authorized representative of the supervisor of mineral wells.
