MICHIGAN SAFE DRINKING WATER ACT

Rule 301. The purpose of this
part is to prescribe procedures by which the department may grant or deny a
variance or exemption from a state drinking water standard pursuant to the
provisions of section 20 of the act and in accordance with the federal
act.
