MICHIGAN SAFE DRINKING WATER ACT
1976 PA 399, as Amended, and the Administrative Rules
Rule 408. The department may
require a supplier of a public water system to submit periodic reports on
progress being made to correct a violation of an MCL, order, or a variance or
exemption, and to notify the persons served by the system of that progress.
