The painting by Russell Cobane was commissioned by the Environmental Law Section to commemorate its 20th Anniversary, it is the oldest such section in the country.

About the Artist: Russell Cobane is a nationally known wildlife artist, who lives in Clarkston, Michigan. His work has appeared on numerous duck stamps, trout stamps, calendars, and cards.
