The probate court, its form, and its function will be presented by George L. Gregory, current chair of the Probate Section. This will be a two part presentation given by Mr Gregory.

You will learn about the structure of the probate court and differences between the various courts themselves. Also discussed will be recent and possible future changes to statute and court rule likely to affect everyone’s probate practice
