Provide guidance to the Practice Management Resource Center in the development, maintenance, and evaluation of resources, programs, and services designed to help members
build and strengthen their law practices.
Notes:
At the end of the 2011–2012 bar year, the Committee shall provide a written report of conclusions and recommendations regarding the Practice Management Resource Center.
To include two representatives from the Young Lawyers Section, one of whom has been practicing less than 5 years, one representative from the Master Lawyers Section, and one representative from the Law Practice Management Section, all of whom will be recommended for appointment by the Chair of the applicable Section; three members who practice as solo practitioners whose practices are diverse from one another; one member who practices in a law firm comprised of ten or fewer lawyers; one member who practices in a law firm comprised of eleven to twenty lawyers; one member who practices in a law firm comprised of twenty-one to fifty lawyers; and one member who serves as the law firm administrator for a law firm comprised of twenty or fewer lawyers, with a total membership not to exceed 11 members. Section representative members will serve one-year terms, with 6 the ability to be re-appointed for an additional two one-year terms. All other members will serve staggered, three-year terms, with the ability to be reappointed for one additional three-year term.
