Jurisdiction

• Provide guidance concerning matters involving the alleged unauthorized practice of the law, including the filing and prosecution of actions seeking to enjoin the unauthorized practice.
• Propose and support measures to educate the public and the legal profession about unauthorized practice of law issues.
