Unauthorized Practice of the Law Committee

Jurisdiction

Provide guidance concerning matters involving the alleged unauthorized practice of the law, including the filing and prosecution of actions seeking to enjoin the unauthorized practice.
Propose and support measures to educate the public and the legal profession about unauthorized practice of law issues.

This committee may have more than 15 members.
