Educational Teleconference Programs The Payors Subcommittee will host a two-part educational series regarding the Medicare Advantage Program in May via teleconference. The first part of the series will be held Wednesday, May 6, at noon. This presentation will include a basic overview of the Medicare Advantage Program and discuss the differences between Medicare and Medicare Advantage. The speakers will be Sue Jenkins and Julie Anderson from Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan. The second part of the series will be held on Wednesday, May 20, at noon and will address more advanced topics related to the Medicare Advantage Program. Speakers will include Sue Jenkins, Julie Anderson, and Tina Allen from Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan. There is no cost to section members for either of these teleconferences.
