    The State Bar of Michigan, Health Care Law Section and Michigan Society of Healthcare Attorneys are pleased to announce completion of the update to the Michigan HIPAA Preemption Matrix for the August modifications to the HIPAA Privacy regulations.

    To order a copy:

      Members of the SBM Health Care Law Section or Michigan Society of Healthcare Attorneys may obtain your first hard copy of the Matrix from the State Bar of Michigan at the nominal fee of $35 (tax included) to cover the cost of printing, postage and processing.
