Michigan Innovation & IP Legal Writing Competition
The IPLS and the Thomas M. Cooley Law School Graduate Program in Intellectual Property Law are co-sponsoring the fourth annual Michigan Innovation and IP Legal Writing Competition. The competition seeks to recognize outstanding original works of legal scholarship in the fields of intellectual property and innovation law, and is open to J.D. students at any Michigan law school. The deadline to submit entries is May 15, 2014. Prizes to be awarded include: cash prizes for first place ($500), second place ($300), and third place ($200); publication in the IPLS Proceedings journal; and choice of complimentary registration (not including travel expenses) for the 40th Annual Intellectual Property Summer Institute or 2015 Spring Intellectual Property Seminar. Calling All Authors—IPLS Proceedings Seeks Contributors
The IPLS Proceedings features articles that keep section members current on the latest developments in the intellectual property field. The editors report that space for contributions still remains in upcoming issues.
