This is the first of 13 slides that will deal with CPA applications, which are newly created by this rule package.
First, Iíd like to make it clear that FWCs will be eliminated in toto as CPAs, continued prosecution applications, will be the new vehicle for enabling a continuation of prosecution.
Note: no new matter in a CPA, so CIPs may not be CPAs.
REVISED 1/12/98 as we have dropped the 6/8/95 requirement for the filing date of the prior application of a CPA.
