Notes:
In creating CPAs we eliminated the problems associated with FWC applications.
First: we eliminated the creation of a new file wrapper, which as used to merely hold or contain the prior application. Thus weíll continue to use the existing file wrapper for the CPA.
Second: we eliminated the need for a new application number as there is no need for a new application number if we can continue to use the same file wrapper.
Thus we eliminated unnecessary and time consuming processing steps!
As before for FWCs: the prior application will be abandoned as of the filing of the CPA.
