By filing and processing in the groups, we eliminate the processing steps in the Mail rooms an in OIPE, saving time and money.
- Filing date is date of receipt of complete facsimile transmission (unless Saturday, Sunday or federal holiday)
- Certificate of transmission/mailing under 1.8 does not apply to filing of CPA, i.e., CPA must be actually received in PTO or deposited in Express Mail within SSP
