Notes:
- Where prosecution is reopened, under ß 1.193(b)(2), appellant must:
- file a reply under ß 1.111 if the Office action is non-final;
- file a reply under ß 1.113 if the Office action is final; or
- request reinstatement of the appeal
- request must be accompanied by a supplemental appeal brief
- no new amendments, affidavits (ßß 1.130, 1.131 or 1.132) or other evidence are permitted
- the supplemental appeal brief may supplement a previously filed appeal brief or reply brief
