State Bar Announces 2001 New Presidents' Retreat

The State Bar of Michigan will hold this year's New Presidents'
Retreat at the Grand Hotel, on Mackinac Island on June 8th and 9th, 2001. The
Retreat is a hands-on-training program for new (2001-2002), local and special
purpose bar presidents. The incoming presidents will have a chance to network
and share their ideas about their upcoming presidency. State Bar President
Thomas J. Ryan and President-Elect Bruce A. Neckers will be there to speak
about the politics of bar presidency.
Programs will begin on Friday, June 8th with the following schedule:
