State Bar President to Address Livonia Bar Association

The President of the State Bar of Michigan, Bruce W. Neckers will address the issue of public policy in a time of crisis when he meets members of the Livonia Bar Association on Thursday, November 15, 2001. Neckers wants to "emphasize the need to preserve the rule of law and the constitutional guarantees at a time of national crisis."
The dinner meeting will be held at the SandTraps Restaurant on the golf course in Livonia. The event begins at 6 p.m. Dinner will be served at 7 p.m.
