State Bar Computer Law Section to hold networking luncheon
4/9/01 The State Bar of Michigan Computer Law Section will be hosting a Spring Networking Luncheon on Wednesday, May 2, at 11:30 a.m. at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Dearborn. This event will feature a panel presentation and discussion of licensor-licensee issues in computer contracts and the Uniform Computer Information Transaction Act (UCITA). Panelists include UCITA author and professor Raymond T. Nimmer from the University of Houston Law Center, attorney Holly K. Towle from the Preston Gates & Ellis LLP's Technology and Intellectual Property Department and Celeste T. Callahan, Senior Staff Counsel, DaimlerChrysler. The cost to attend the event is $20 for Computer Law Section members, $30 for non-members and $15 for students.
