This updated legal research tool contains chapters on Administrative Hearing Practice, Automobile Negligence, Bankruptcy Chapters 7, 11 &13, Choice of Business Entity, Divorce Practice, E-Commerce, Forming Contracts in Cyberspace, Employment Law, Estate Planning and Landlord Tenant Relations.
