Young Lawyers Offer Updated Practice Manual

August 6, 2001

Lansing, August 6-- "Counsel for the Counselor" is now available from the Young Lawyers Section of the State Bar of Michigan. This updated legal research tool contains chapters on Administrative Hearing Practice, Automobile Negligence, Bankruptcy Chapters 7, 11 &13, Choice of Business Entity, Divorce Practice, E-Commerce, Forming Contracts in Cyberspace, Employment Law, Estate Planning and Landlord Tenant Relations.

The Practice Manual cost $18.00, with proceeds donated to the Access to Justice Fund. It may be ordered by submitting a check payable to the State Bar of Michigan in the amount of $18 (includes $3 for postage and handling) to: Kim Johnson, 306 Townsend Street, Lansing, MI 48933-2083.
