The State Bar of Michigan's Representative Assembly is seeking nominees for the Michael Franck Award which will be presented during the 2002 Annual Meeting September 25–27 in Grand Rapids. This award is given annually to a member of the profession who has made an outstanding contribution to the improvement of the profession. The recipient's contribution may have been made during the past year or by virtue of cumulative effort or service.

• Any member in good standing with the State Bar of Michigan is eligible.
• The State Bar of Michigan Representative Assembly will make the selection.
• All nominations must be received no later than July 25, 2002.
