Bar Leadership Forum Set for Early May

4/11/02

Leaders in the legal profession will be gathering at the Soaring Eagle Resort in Mt. Pleasant May 3–4, 2002, to attend the State Bar of Michigan's annual leadership forum. This retreat is a meeting of the minds for bar leaders and is designed to give them the tools that they need to improve their lives, their practices and the profession.

Dadie Perlov, founder of the Consensus Management Group of New York will challenge bar leaders to think out of the box with her humorous hands-on approach to management.

"I am really pleased that the Bar will host leaders of local bars, and for the first time, committee chairs and section leaders," said Bruce W. Neckers, president of the State Bar of Michigan. "Dadie Perlov is a tremendous facilitator and trainer and I am hopeful that we can work together to improve all aspects of the organized bar."
