Straker Bar Association to Present Panel on "Ethics and the Grievance Process"

The D. Augustus Straker Bar Association is hosting a panel on "Ethics and the Grievance Process," on Wednesday, June 22, 2005 from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at the new Southfield Public Library, 26300 Evergreen.

The panel members are:

  • Paul J. Fischer - Executive Director and General Counsel, Judicial Tenure Commission
  • Robert L. Agacinski - Administrator, Attorney Grievance Commission
  • John F. Van Bolt - Executive Director and General Counsel, Attorney Discipline Board
  • William Dunn - Attorney, Clark Hill PC

Panelists will give a brief presentation about ethical and disciplinary issues attorneys face and how to deal with them. This will be followed by questions from Straker Bar Association attorneys and the audience.

Elections for Straker Bar officers and board of director members will also be held at the conclusion of the panel discussion.
