PMRC Marquette Seminar Set for May 23

The State Bar of Michigan Practice Management Resource Center is offering a half-day seminar Tuesday, May 23 in Marquette on ways to run a more efficient law practice.

The seminar, titled "Practicing Law Successfully in a Changing Environment," will take place at the Landmark Inn in downtown Marquette from 8 a.m. until noon. State Bar Executive Director John T. Berry will welcome attendees with a brief address to start the program. Presentations on the agenda include office efficiency solutions, managing relationships with clients, changes in ethics rules, and evaluating malpractice insurance policies. The seminar closes with lunch and a question-and-answer session. Attendees will also have the opportunity throughout the morning to test a number of popular law practice management software programs onsite.
