Legal Milestone Plaque Rededicated at Lansing's Constitution Hall

7/6/07

Lansing attorney Eugene Wanger (far left), Wayne State law Professor Robert Sedler, State Bar President Kim Cahill, and Hon. Richard D. Ball, the incoming president of the Ingham County Bar Association, pose with the Michigan Legal Milestone plaque commemorating the state constitutional convention of 1961-62 following the June 15 rededication ceremony at Constitution Hall in Lansing. The plaque was first dedicated in 1989 at the Lansing Civic Arena at the corner of Walnut and Washtenaw streets where the constitution was written. That building has since been demolished.
