The State Bar of Michigan Real Property Law Section will hold its 2008 winter conference, titled “Chicago Style: Deep Dish Development”, from March 6-8 at the Sofitel Water Tower in downtown Chicago.

Highlights of the event include programs centered on topics such as alternative methods of promoting development, non-traded real estate investment trusts and the current commercial real estate environment, tenancy in common, investment property and taxes, new construction risk management, and an update on newly adopted and pending legislation affecting real property law in Michigan.

Prior to Dec. 1, the registration fee is $300 for Real Property Law Section members who are also first-time attendees, $350 for other Real Property Law Section members, and $400 for non-section members.
