SBM Young Lawyers Section E-Discovery Seminar Set for March 14

The Young Lawyers Section of the State Bar of Michigan is offering a seminar on electronic discovery on Wednesday, March 14.

Among the topics to be discussed at the seminar are hot button e-discovery issues, ethical considerations, safe harbor and penalties, controlling expectations, complexity, and cost in e-discovery. Presenters include Dante Stella of Dykema Gossett and Richard Zecchino of Honigman Miller Schwartz and Cohn.

The seminar will take place at the Inn at St. John’s in Plymouth from 9-11 a.m., and will be preceded by a continental breakfast that starts at 8:30 a.m. The cost to attend the event is $25 for all State Bar members. Please register no later than Friday, March 9.
