The State Bar of Michigan Real Property Law Section will hold its 2009 winter conference, titled "Ports in the Storm: Setting a New Course in 2009", from March 12-14 at the Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Resort and Spa in Bonita Springs, Fla.

Highlights of the event include programs centered on topics such as repositioning industrial real estate developments, reconfiguring condominium projects, revitalizing waterfront properties, revisiting financing arrangements, finding new tenants for existing retail developments, and exploring the effects of legislative changes at the state and federal levels.
