Real Property Law Section to Host 2010 Summer Conference on Dealing with “Today’s Realities”

The State Bar of Michigan Real Property Law Section will hold its 35th annual summer conference entitled "The New Normal—Working with Today’s Realities” from July 14-17 at Crystal Mountain Resort in Thompsonville, Michigan.

Programs and workshops include such topics as how to handle failing development projects, urban farming, seller financing and the many “lessons learned from the downturn.”

Prior to May 14, 2010, the registration fee is $250 for Real Property Law Section members who are also first-time attendees, $295 for other Real Property Law Section members and $345 for non-section members. Members of the Young Lawyers Section can register for $100. After May 14 the fees will increase by $45 to $55.
