The State Bar of Michigan Real Property Law Section will hold its 35th annual summer conference entitled "The New Normal—Working with Today's Realities" from July 14-17 at Crystal Mountain Resort in Thompsonville, Michigan.

Programs and workshops include such topics as how to handle failing development projects, urban farming, seller financing and the many "lessons learned from the downturn."
