Roshunda L. Price-Harper Becomes Chair of Young Lawyers Section

Ms. Price-Harper served as a law clerk to the Honorable John Feikens, United States District Court, Eastern District of Michigan from 1994 to 1995. Upon completion of her clerkship, Ms. Price-Harper joined Howard & Howard Attorneys, P.C., in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan. At Howard & Howard, her practice included business, public finance, real estate, and nonprofit organization law. Currently, Ms. Price-Harper is a Senior Attorney in the business group at ANR Pipeline Company. Ms. Price-Harper was admitted to the State Bar of Michigan and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan in 1993. During law school, Ms. Price-Harper was a contributing editor to the Michigan Journal of International Law and as a Writing and Advocacy Senior Judge, she was responsible for teaching legal research, writing and oral advocacy skills to first-year law students. She also taught financial accounting to sophomore students in the School of Business Administration. Ms. Price-Harper was a Midwest Regional finalist in the Frederick Douglass Moot Court Competition (1991-1992) and a recipient of the Alden J. "Butch" Carpenter Scholarship. Ms. Price-Harper is a member of the State Bar of Michigan's Board of Commissioners, a member and past director of the Wolverine Bar Association, and a member of the D. Augustus Straker and American Bar Associations. She serves as a director of Delta Manor, Inc., a nonprofit corporation, and a member of the Allocations Committee of the United Way.
