The Board of Commissioners of the State Bar of Michigan honored Dykema Gossett, PLLC on Friday July 23, 1999 with a resolution acknowledging their receipt of the National Public Service Award from the Business Law Section of the American Bar Association. Margaret A. Costello, a partner of Dykema Gossett in Detroit, accepted the resolution on behalf of the firm.

The award recognizes an American firm's "exceptional business-related pro bono contributions to legal service programs, community development corporations, charitable organizations or individuals who cannot afford to hire lawyers."
