The OCBF Signature Event is the highlight of the spring season for many Association and Foundation members. The excellent food, the beautiful location and the company of colleagues produce a great networking event that, in return, benefits so many recipients. Taking place at Oakland Hills Country Club for more than a decade, this event is the only fundraising event for the Foundation. Proceeds allow the Foundation to fund programs of many worthy organizations such as Lakeshore Legal Aid, University of Detroit Mercy School of Law, Beaumont Foundation, HAVEN, RESTORE Foundation and the Oakland County Bar Association, to name a few.Each year, in addition to scores of lawyers and law firms, numerous companies that provide goods and services to the legal profession generously support the Signature Event by serving as sponsors. In the last five years alone the Foundation has raised more than $1.7 million at this event because of the generous support of the many sponsors in Oakland and surrounding counties.  This year's event will be held on Friday, April 28, 2017, at Oakland Hills Country Club. The event takes place from 7:00 p.m.-10:00 p.m. with drinks and a strolling dinner included in the cost of admission.  Sponsorships for the event are still available. To view a full list of sponsors and the materials, visit OCBF Sponsors.  For more information on the Signature Event please contact Jan Anson.
