On Thursday, March 9, at 5:30 p.m., please join the Wolverine Bar Association, D. Augustus Straker Bar Association, and the Macomb, Oakland, and Wayne Regions of the Women Lawyers Association of Michigan for the Affinity Charity Challenge. The event will take place at Local Kitchen and Bar at 344 West Nine Mile Road in Ferndale.

Each participating bar association has invited a judge to "sponsor" a signature cocktail. Attendees will "vote" on the best cocktail with cash tips. The judge whose cocktail receives the most tips will win the Challenge! Each judge's tips will go to the charity of the judge's choice.

The Wolverine Bar Association’s featured judge is the Honorable Cylenthia LaToye Miller of the 36th District Court. If Judge Miller receives the most tips, all tips received will go to the American Heart Association.
