On order of the Court, the Judicial Tenure Commission having issued its Decision and Recommendation for Order of Discipline and The Honorable Wendy M. Baxter having filed no petition to reject or modify the Commission’s Decision and Recommendation, the recommendation of the Judicial Tenure Commission that this Court publicly censure Judge Baxter is GRANTED.  We reach this conclusion after review of the factors set forth in In re Brown, 461 Mich 1291, 1292-1293; 625 NW2d 744 (2000).

Therefore, upon the recommendation of the Judicial Tenure Commission, Judge Baxter having filed no petition to reject or modify, this Court does publicly CENSURE The Honorable Wendy M. Baxter, Judge of the Third Circuit Court.  This order shall stand as the Supreme Court’s censure.
