Winning Ways—The iPad Litigator

b
Don't Be That Guy! Be This One.

Ditch the luggage cart, pick up your iPad, and let tech guru Brett Burney show you the future of litigation. Learn how to use your iPad for everything from taking notes at your initial client meeting to dazzling a packed courtroom with your high-tech closing argument. Don't let courtroom technology pass you and your clients by.

The iPad is potentially the most innovative tool for lawyers that we've seen in a long time! Not only can you use it effectively in a courtroom to present exhibits and show video, but the iPad is a great way to organize and retrieve documents instead of wrestling with a box of paper or a bulky binder. In this half-day seminar we'll discuss the best methods for loading documents on to the iPad and what apps are best for marking-up and annotating them. We'll also talk about conducting legal research on the iPad. Lastly, we'll cover everything you need to know about giving presentations from the iPad including the requisite hardware and the apps that will make you look your best.

Bring your iPad because this is a "hands-on" interactive seminar. If you have any interest in using your iPad in your litigation practice, then don't miss this seminar!
