    The Final Report is contained in the following three files. Each of the files are linked together within Microsoft Word. Download these files to a directory on your computer:

How to View the Report if You Don't Have Microsoft Word:
    Instructions:
    This report can be viewed by Windows 95 and Windows 3.1 users with the Microsoft Word Viewer, a free program available from Microsoft that enables users to view documents created in Microsoft Word for Windows, even if you don't have Microsoft Word on your computer. To use the viewer, do the following:
    1. Download the appropriate (Win 95 or Win 3.1) viewer from the Microsoft Web site:
    2. Install the viewer on your computer using Microsoft's Setup Instructions.
    3. Download the following files to a directory on your computer:
    4. Start the viewer program, then open the 3 files you downloaded from within the program.
