Michael J. Watza, Kitch Drutchas Wagner Valitutti & Sherbrook, Detroit
Michael is co-chair of the Governmental and Commercial Litigation Practice Groups at Kitch. Michael's areas of concentration include litigated, legislative, and administrative solutions on behalf of municipal, nonprofit, and private sector clients. Michael also serves as general counsel to PROTEC and the Mobile Technology Association of Michigan.
Kester K. So, member, Dickinson Wright PLLC, Lansing
Kester is a member of the firm's management group and focuses on municipal finance, where he has served as bond counsel or underwriter's counsel on a wide variety of bond issues, including bonds for health care, public power, higher education, transportation, unemployment insurance, tax increment financing, state revolving fund environmental, school bond loan fund, state and local building authorities, airports, water and sewer, solid waste disposal, and economic and industrial development bonds.
Mark E. Nettleton, member, Mika Meyers Beckett & Jones PLC
Mark is chair of Mika Meyers Becket & Jones PLC's Local Government Practice Group in Grand Rapids. He practices in the areas of public finance, municipal law, land use and zoning law, and commercial transactions and assists Michigan counties, cities, villages, townships, and public authorities with their legal and financing needs. Mark is the 2013 recipient of the "Distinguished Municipal Attorney Award," and was nominated by clients and selected by fellow legal practitioners from across the state for his professional accomplishment in the representation of cities and villages.
