Family law; child support; certain duties of the office of child support; establish, and eliminate child support bench warrant enforcement fund. Amends secs. 3 & 3a of 1971 PA 174 (MCL 400.233 & 400.233a) & repeals sec. 6a of 1971 PA 174 (MCL 400.236a).
